Patty Knox-Hermann, CNE, Designated BrokerWith more than 40 years of experience living and working in the Valley, our founder brings unmatched knowledge of real estate, home construction, and community care. As a seasoned Real Estate Broker and owner of a successful brokerage, she built her career on integrity, professionalism, and a deep understanding of what makes a home truly secure. Her additional background as a Marketing Representative for a local General Contractor adds valuable insight into residential construction—earning her a well-respected reputation for knowing her way around a home.
Our expertise doesn't stop at the Valley. With a personal cabin in the Mountains of Arizona, our founder understands the importance of reliable home monitoring, especially during the off-season. Associate BrokerRuss Hermann is the Managing Member and qualifying license holder for Advanced Development & Building Services, LLC in Arizona, where he provides executive leadership across operations, development strategy, estimating, and project management. Since founding the company in 2008, he has driven the successful completion of more than 5,500 residential restoration, reconstruction, remodeling, and ground-up construction projects statewide, establishing the firm as a trusted leader in complex residential construction and recovery services.
With more than 40 years of industry experience, Russ has built a highly accomplished career spanning residential and commercial construction, land development, custom homes, restoration, and large-scale production housing. Recognized for his strategic vision and operational expertise, he has consistently led high-performing teams, optimized project execution, and delivered long-term value across diverse real estate and construction ventures. Prior to launching Advanced Development & Building Services, he served as a principal partner in multiple development companies responsible for delivering approximately 500 homes and nearly 500 finished residential lots, contributing significantly to regional growth and community development.
Russ spent 11 years with Meritage Homes (formerly Monterey Homes), where he rose to Vice President of Land Acquisitions and Development. In this executive role, he directed the acquisition, planning, and development of nearly 2,500 finished lots and played a key leadership role in the successful delivery of more than 50 residential communities. Earlier in his career, he managed critical project operations on landmark Phoenix developments including Pointe Tapatio Cliffs, Pointe South Mountain, and Two Renaissance Square, helping shape some of the region's most recognized properties. He holds multiple environmental-related certifications, is a licensed Arizona real estate broker, and earned a Cum Laude B.S. from Arizona State University.
